Holy hell did I have the hangover of a lifetime. After about 11 shots and plenty other drinks too many the night before I needed something to settle my stomach. I had the fantastic combination of extreme hunger paired with near debilitating nausea.. so only soup sounded appealing. And it had to be pho and only pho. I'm high maintenance when I don't feel well.. sorry but not really.
Sooo finding pho on THE STRIP (like, how random) made me a happy hungover patient. I don't even care that it was a near $20 bowl of soup.. It was worth every medicinal spoonful. The broth was flavorful and complex, like every good pho is- and they gave you lots of the usual accompaniments (Thai basil, jalapeños, sprouts).
Not entirely unimportant... the lids of the sriracha and hoisin were impeccably clean. That's one of my petpeeves is nasty caked on condiment lids.. but this restaurant was very clean AND their pho was really quite good! -

You will probably go here hoping it will be good due to lack of options and wishful thinking but it is not good at all. Service good. A little pricey.

We decided to visit this restaurant before our Mystere show and I was craving Vietnamese food so convinced my boyfriend to eat here with me. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food tasted. As I pho fanatic, this one of the better phos that I have tried.
The price is a bit higher but for a Vegas casino restaurant joint, I think it's fair. The rent alone is probably double that of your local pho restaurant. They also had a margarita special for $5 which helped to soften the price of the pho. In total we paid a little under USD$30.
The restaurant was very clean and the servers were extremely friendly. We received our food very quickly and slurped our noodles just as quick. The atmosphere is what you would expect - lots of people who are in a bit of a hurry to catch a show or win some slots. Overall, the restaurant met my expectations. -

Yes, it's definitely more expensive than pho you would get anywhere else. But despite the low rating of the restaurant, I decided to try it out.
I know there's a lot of complaints about the service and wait times, but from my experience today they definitely have changed for the better!!! Our waiter was so kind and attentive. We were promptly served and the food came out quickly.
The portion is huge!! The pho is flavorful and rich and they also give a good amount of meat! Just try it, it's definitely a good break from all the oily fast food on the Strip. -

Meh. Typical casino food. This place offers two menus. Pho and American. The Pho soup was lacking in flavor even after I doused it in sriracha sauce. Hot and sour soup was too gingery.
